How the days unfold

Day 1
Arrival in Srinagar · Pickup at Srinagar Airport and check in. Afternoon city tour — Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chashme Shahi and Pari Mahal — then a one-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Overnight in Srinagar.
Day 2
Gulmarg day trip · Drive to Gulmarg for the Gondola ride (included). Local ponies can take you around the meadow; also see the Maharaja Palace, the golf course, the children's park and the army museum. Back to Srinagar for the night.
Day 3
Sonamarg day trip · Drive along the Sindh river to Sonamarg. The local Sonamarg cab (included) goes up towards Zojila Pass and, road and weather permitting, the Drass War Memorial. Pony rides are available from locals. Back to Srinagar for the night.
Day 4
Doodhpathri day trip · A day on the meadows of Doodhpathri along the Doodh Ganga stream. Paragliding is available on site, paid directly. Return to Srinagar for the night.
Day 5
Old city & departure · Morning in Srinagar's old city for local shopping — pashmina, papier-mâché, dry fruit — then drop at Srinagar Airport.

A simple, good-value first trip: you check in once, keep the same room for all four nights and head out on day trips. No packing and unpacking every morning.

Winter season inclusions note (2026–27)

This package is priced for the snow season on a MAP basis (daily breakfast & dinner) with 3-star (or equivalent) stays unless you upgrade in writing. In Gulmarg, we plan around the cable car (Gondola), snow play, and — on request — snowmobile, sledging, or beginner ski hire (activity fees usually payable on ground unless your written quote adds them).

Union cabs / local union taxis are NOT included at Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgam, or other sightseeing zones. Your package covers the KTC private tour vehicle for airport transfers and inter-town drives as per itinerary. Local union segments, snow-chain cabs (Tangmarg–Gulmarg in heavy snow), ponies, and adventure tickets are extras unless confirmed in writing.
